Founder Headshot Days
$350 per person
I come to your coworking space or office for the day. Twenty-minute slots, five edited images each, usually eight people. Everyone walks away with a headshot that actually matches the others — the part a team never manages on its own.
How booking works
No surprises, and all of it in writing.
Deposit
Half to hold your date, and that half is non-refundable. The balance is due seven days before we shoot, so nothing about money is hanging over the day itself.
Rescheduling
Things come up. You get one free reschedule with a week or more of notice. Inside that window, the deposit stays with the original date.
Travel
Included anywhere in the Twin Cities metro. Further out I quote it per booking, and you see that number before you commit to anything.
How much does brand photography cost in the Twin Cities?
Studio Freyja sessions run from $950 to $3,200. The Refresh is $950 for 90 minutes and 25–30 edited images, The Signature Session is $1,850 for two to three hours and 60–75 images, and The Brand Library is $3,200 for a five-to-six-hour multi-location session with 120+ images. There’s also a Quarterly Content Partner retainer at $350 per month on a twelve-month term.
What’s included in a brand session?
Every session includes a strategy call before the shoot and a styling guide so you know exactly what to bring. The Signature Session and The Brand Library also include studio rental and behind-the-scenes video — raw clips ready to use on social media. You receive web-sized and print files, vertical crops, and Reels clips, organized by where they’re meant to be used.
How many photos do I get?
Between 25 and 120+ edited images depending on the tier. The Refresh delivers 25–30, The Signature Session delivers 60–75, The Brand Library delivers 120 or more, and each Quarterly Content Partner session delivers 40 or more. But I don’t gatekeep great images, so these are all guidelines.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes — 50% to book, which is non-refundable retainer and secures your date. The remaining balance is due seven days before the shoot, so payment is settled before shoot day and nobody’s thinking about invoices while we’re working.
What’s your rescheduling policy?
One free reschedule with seven or more days’ notice. Inside seven days, the deposit is forfeit.
These terms are handled automatically through the booking system when you sign your contract.
Do you travel outside the Twin Cities?
Travel is included anywhere in the Twin Cities metro. Beyond the metro, travel is quoted per booking — just mention where you’re located when you inquire and it’ll be in your proposal.
How is the Quarterly Content Partner different from a one-off session?
It’s built for rhythm rather than volume. You get four two-hour sessions a year — one a quarter — producing 40+ images each, plus priority booking and an annual planning session. It suits businesses whose problem is the constant content treadmill rather than a single set of photos. Each session is deliberately smaller than a Signature Session, because the point is regular fresh imagery, not one large library.
Do you photograph teams?
Yes Founder Headshot Days are $350 per person, on-site at your office or coworking space. Each person gets a 20-minute slot and five edited images, and a typical day covers eight people.
